To continue our recent rather mad weekend… after our Sunday barby we spent the day with James and Mandy and ran the stall.
We go at 2-3PM and setup, and pack down around 9PM. It doesn’t take long to setup with a few crew about, and once it’s setup we always have a mad time hanging at the market, meeting strange creatures, etc…

Zobe and I had our first yuppy dine experience in Darwin on Friday night and it was quite mad, a Thai restaurant on the water at Cullen Bay (Cullen Bay is sortof like Darwin’s Toorak).
On Satdy we cut sick in the gardens. Yep, Zobe and I actually started to like gardening up here since our house has a beautiful established tropical garden! We have paw paw, passion fruit, chilli, tomatos, dill, chives and a banana tree (though no bananas yet!) and many other mad tropical plants. We also covered up our spa with a pavilion as the water was getting too hot ! We put massive ice blocks into it to chill it out again.
Yep, the build up has started and we used our air con a little bit last night I have to admit ! Read on for more exciting Noodle and Spam updates and find out why an alien spider is shown here.

We started to get to know Clare, Si and a bunch of other nice hippies here in Darwin. The doof (Earthdance) on the weekend went really well and looked beautiful. But I can’t say absolutely everybody looked beautiful the next morning ! There were some excited trash monkeys about.
It was a nice size, probably 200, and we had an absolute mecca camping site in the bush overlooking an amazing beach. We will be heading back to Mandorah to camp with Harsh and Rogi for sure ! !
This is the biggest Banyan tree I’ve ever seen and it covered the front of the dance floor…

Last weekend I built a little stand for my studio and finally got the thing cranked up. It’s been a long time since I got doofing and have been hanging for it ! (Sorry bush boys the fishing still needs a lot of attention).
I got amped as I’ve got my first Darwin doof and gig next weekend…
…A bush doof near Mandorah (A spot we’ve been hanging to checkout 1.5 hrs away around the bay to the west). Apparently a rather mad spot on the beach and you can see Darwin lights in the distance over the bay.
Harsh and Erogenous have indicated they are keen.
